About Me

I grew up on a farm and later was an exchange student living overseas. These two interests are still in my life. When my children were leaving school, I returned to university as a mature student to complete my degree in psychology. I graduated from Macquarie University in 2003 with a B.Science (Psychology) Honours degree and spent the next two years studying and working at hospitals and Autism Australia before going into private practice.

Now I have grandchildren and have moved to New Zealand to be with some of them for the next three years. I continue to work as a psychologist in and from New Zealand.

I work with people of all ages. From explaining development of the brain to teenagers as they navigate becoming adult to helping the elderly review their past and embrace the future, and all ages in between. Regardless of our age or life experience, we all share a common humanity. We know the same feelings. We can work together to enhance your Quality of Life.
